We’re thrilled you’ve decided to level-up with us this summer. Over the next eight weeks you’ll work through four progressive phases, each loaded with fresh workouts, new goals, and mini challenges that keep motivation high. Below you’ll find everything you need to hit the ground running—please read carefully and bookmark for quick reference.

Where to Start

If you’re a NEW client

You will receive an email with instructions to set up your account and download our app.

If you’re an EXISTING client

Simply log in with your current credentials, and your challenge will load into your account. Remember, workouts will be loaded 24 hours before the challenge starts.

Phase 1 of your training program will be loaded into your account ON SUNDAY, JUNE 22, to be ready to start on MONDAY, JUNE 23.  You will have immediate access to our on-demand library of group fitness classes. Your AMAX FIT Membership starts immediatly.

Challenge Details

This challenge is broken into 4 focused phases — each two weeks long — carefully programmed to push your limits while allowing your body to adapt and grow stronger.

Phase 1 (Weeks 1–2): Superset Shred

  • Get ready to fire up your muscles and metabolism with supersets.

Phase 2 (Weeks 3–4): Heavy & Strong

  • We slow things down to lift heavy and build dense muscle. You’ll focus on strength-based sets with longer rest periods and lower reps.

Phase 3 (Weeks 5–6): Superset Reload

  • We bring the heat back with even more intensity and volume. Supersets return with new combos and a stronger you!

Phase 4 (Weeks 7–8): Power Finish

  • Our final push – This phase is all about testing your limits and finishing strong.

Your First To-Dos

  1. Take Your BEFORE Photos (front, side, back) and upload them in the app.

  2. Join the CommunityPrivate Facebook Group

  3. Complete the Nutrition Questionnaire Your customized Macro Smart Meal Plan will appear in your account soon after we receive your form.
