KICKBOXING

TOTAL MAX

TOTAL MAX IS TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING. unlock the potential of your entire body. Sculpt, strengthen, and elevate your fitness journey with a class that encompasses every aspect of wellness. Get ready to embrace the full spectrum of your fitness potential!

LIIT

Intense strength training that focuses on slowing down the movements and paying attention to form using timed intervals versus rep counts.  Body weight, free weights, bands, and balls will all be offered at various times to keep the classes varied to more efficiently build muscle and maintain motivation.  Can be used to both build and maintain muscle mass.  Adaptations offered for various levels of fitness. 

MOBILITY & MOVEMENT

Designed with your joint health in mind, this low impact mobility and strength class focuses on movement and stability.  Movements are slowed down and the focus is on form and full range of motion.  A full body work out that focuses on mobility but also builds strength and stability.  Adaptations are provided for those who cannot get on the floor.  

 

KUNDALINI YOGA

Step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself. This Kundalini Yoga class combines breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, mantra, and relaxation techniques to create a deeply restorative experience for both body and mind.
Rather than focusing on strength or complex postures, each class is centered around a specific intention, chakra, or energetic theme designed to promote mental clarity, emotional balance, joint health, gentle muscle strength, and inner awareness. Accompanied by calming spa-style music, you’ll be guided through practices that help quiet the mind, release stress, gently build strength, and cultivate a profound sense of well-being.
Suitable for all levels and especially welcoming to those seeking stress relief, mindfulness, and a deeper mind-body connection.

MAX BARRE

 Elevate your fitness with MAX BARRE, a dynamic workout that combines strength, balance, and flexibility using ballet-inspired movements, bodyweight exercises, and light resistance. Designed to sculpt and tone your entire body, this class will challenge your muscles while improving posture and core stability.

MAX DANCE

 A complete body workout, when the power of dance meets strength movements. Get ready to dance, sweat, and transform your workout routine with the newest addition to our group fitness schedule. MAXdance incorporates many styles of dance along with strength movements for a complete body workout and a fun calorie burn.

POWER YOGA

Combining traditional yoga poses with a vigorous and flowing sequence of movements synced to music. It emphasizes strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, making it an excellent workout for both the body and mind.

OsteoFIT

OsteoFit is a low-impact group fitness class designed to improve bone health, strength, balance, and mobility in a safe and supportive environment. Perfect for individuals looking to prevent or manage osteoporosis.

PILATES SCULPT

A fresh take on Pilates training — this up beat music-driven class utilizes classical Pilates movement with no reformer required! We use suspension straps (Pilates Suspension Method), the Pilates Ring, and ball to create a challenging yet accessible full-body workout. Expect strength, balance, mobility, and plenty of core engagement in an energizing atmosphere where all fitness levels are welcome.

STEEL MACE

Discover the workout everyone will be talking about! Our exclusive to Fort Wayne Steel Mace class uses flowing, strength-based movement patterns to improve mobility, balance, endurance, and functional strength while delivering a serious core challenge. The Steel Mace is weighted on one end only and utilizes both isometric (the “pull apart”) and isotonic (movement) for a truly unique, results driven, and efficient strength workout. Set to varying music and designed for all levels, this class offers a supportive environment where beginners and experienced exercisers alike can feel successful.

TRX

Experience the area’s premier TRX training program. This exclusive small-group program delivers the structure and progression of personal training with the energy and motivation of group fitness.

Each participant has a reserved TRX strap and follows intentional programming that evolves from class to class, helping you safely build strength, mobility, endurance, balance, and core stability. Expect expert coaching, full-body strength training, mobility work, core development, and endurance training in what we proudly believe is one of the most professionally taught TRX programs in the area.

• Registration is required to reserve your TRX strap.
• Program fees apply.
• AMAX Members receive discounted program pricing.
• If straps are available, we will open remaining spots for drop-in booking.
• Drop-in participants are welcome when space permits, but registration is not guaranteed without enrolling in the full program.
