With over 35 years in the fitness industry and more than 10 years as a certified Personal Trainer, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people unlock their strength, confidence, and potential. I’ve coached clients from age 11 to 81, meeting them exactly where they are and guiding them toward their goals with compassion and expertise.

My own athletic journey includes 7 World Records in Powerlifting across two federations — accomplishments that taught me discipline, resilience, and the belief that transformation is possible at any age. Beyond personal training, I’ve inspired countless individuals through group fitness classes, creating uplifting spaces where people feel supported and capable.
