You will receive 2 programs, HOME & GYM. Both programs have three distinct training phases designed to challenge your body, ignite your metabolism, and accelerate your progress towards your fitness goals. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, our program is adaptable to your needs and fitness level.
As a participant in the challenge, you will have exclusive access to our state-of-the-art fitness app, where you will find detailed instructions and videos for each exercise included in your workout program. Our app is designed to provide you with all the tools and resources you need to succeed, right at your fingertips.
Here’s what you can expect from the 6-Week Transformation Challenge:

Three Training Phases: Experience three distinct phases of training, each carefully crafted to optimize your results and keep you motivated throughout the challenge. What sort of training can I expect in this program?
This program was created by our Personal Trainers. This challenge offers 3 training phases.
Phase 1: Week 1 & 2
Phase 2: Week 3 & 4
Phase 3: Week 5 & 6
During Week 1, focus on finding the right weights for each exercise. Aim for a weight that challenges you without compromising your form.
In Week 2, you’ll aim to progress increasing the weights by a small amount (5-10% increase) if the previous week felt manageable.
The workouts are structured around supersets. You alternate between two exercises, completing all exercises in the superset before resting and moving onto the next Superset.
Whether you want to train at home or would prefer to train in the gym, this program will be perfect for you. Our program is designed with Easy-to-follow Home & Gym programs adaptable to your schedule.
For Home Program: Chair, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands.
For Gym Program: Standard Gym Equipment, Resistance Bands.
Can you access the plan from your phone?
Absolutely! The program is delivered in our online training platform. Your workouts will be scheduled in your Calendar for you. You will know exactly what to do each day. Each program is flexible with the option to change your workout dates in your calendar. We offer a 5 day training split. Participants can combine training days for a 3 or 4 day split. ALL EXERCISES are listed in the app. We also provide you with PDF files that you can download and keep. This means you can access the program from your phone, tablet or computer AND you have the option print your program if you prefer.
Is this Program for Beginners or Advanced?
The Challenge is designed for EVERYONE, regardless of your fitness ability or age. Our program allows you to push yourself to your limits – you’ll choose weights that are suitable to your ability level. Video demonstration and written exercises are given with each exercise.
What equipment will I need?
For Home Program: Dumbbells, Resistance Bands.
For Gym Program: Standard Gym Equipment, Resistance Bands.
Don’t forget to take your phone to follow the program and track progress in app.
You can also print the workout.
What if I don’t know how to perform an exercise?
Your program is at your fingertips. We’ve included video demonstrations and written descriptions for every single movement.
I have a medical condition/injury, can I take part in your Challenge?
This program is not personalized – it is a set plan. If you have a medical condition, it is essential that you seek a physician’s clearance before participating. Remember that your health is always the first priority.
Is this a one-time charge or a monthly charge?
Your sign up fee is a one-time charge! The $39 USD fee covers the Challenge and you will not be charged again. You will receive access to our online platform.
