By participating in the Spice Your Pumpkin Fitness Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions related to the grand cash prize and weekly prize giveaways:

1. Grand Prize and Cash Pot
   The grand prize will start with a $100 cash pot, which will grow with each new participant who signs up for the challenge. The final cash prize amount will be determined at the end of the challenge based on total participation.

2. Eligibility for the Grand Prize and Weekly Giveaways
   Participants can earn entries for both the grand prize and weekly prize giveaways by:

   • Completing mini challenges introduced throughout the challenge.
   • Consistently logging progress via Amax Fit app. 

3. Earning Entries

   • Each completed mini challenge and each instance of progress logging will earn participants entries into both the grand prize drawing and the weekly prize giveaways.
   • The more mini challenges and progress updates completed, the more entries participants can accumulate, increasing their chances of winning both the grand prize and weekly prizes.

4. Weekly Prize Giveaways

   • In addition to the grand prize, each entry will also be automatically included in our weekly prize giveaways.
   • Winners of the weekly giveaways will be selected at random, and participants are eligible to win multiple times.

5. Final Cash Prize and Winner Selection

• The grand prize winner will be randomly selected from the pool of all eligible entries.
• Weekly giveaway winners will be announced throughout the challenge period, and the grand prize winner will be announced at the end of the challenge.

6. No Purchase Necessary for Pre-Challenge Kickoff Giveaway
   No purchase necessary for Participation in the pre-kickoff challenge for Spice Your Pumpkin Fitness Challenge. No additional purchase is required to be eligible for the prizes during the pre-challenge kickoff

7. Cash Pot Growth Disclaimer
   The growth of the cash prize depends solely on the number of participants who register. The organizers reserve the right to adjust or cap the prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Updates to the cash pot will be communicated throughout the challenge.

8. Compliance and Fair Play
   Participants must follow all challenge rules, deadlines, and guidelines to maintain eligibility for the prizes. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
