How to Use:

1. Start with the Thumb Loop: Place the thumb through the loop and start wrapping around the back of the hand.
2. Wrap the Wrist: Make several passes around the wrist for support.
3. Wrap the Hand and Knuckles: Move up to the hand and wrap the knuckles, ensuring to cover the front and back of the hand.
4. Secure with Velcro: Finish by wrapping back down to the wrist and securing the wrap with the Velcro closure.

Maintenance:

• Washing: Handwraps should be washed regularly to maintain hygiene. They can be machine washed, but it’s recommended to place them in a laundry bag to prevent tangling.
• Drying: Air dry the handwraps to prevent shrinkage and maintain their elasticity.
