Amax Fit Personal Training allows trainers to create customized workout plans, deliver virtual workouts, and track clients’ progress.

After signing up with a Amax Fit Personal training, you’ll receive a personalized workout plan and a Smart Macro meal plan, accessible through the app. Trainers will include instructional videos. You can track your workouts, progress, and communicate with your trainer within the app.

Yes, Amax Fit caters to various fitness levels. Trainers design programs based on individual goals, fitness levels, and available equipment, ensuring adaptability for beginners to advanced users.

Trainers tailor workouts to your available equipment. Whether you have a fully equipped home gym or just a yoga mat, or you have a membership at your local gym. Your trainer will create a plan that suits your resources.

Interaction frequency varies but includes regular check-ins, feedback on workouts, and the ability to message your trainer directly through the app. at any time, as well as Live video sessions.

Yes, Amax Fit is accessible from various devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers. You can seamlessly switch between devices to access your workouts and track progress.

Begin by selecting a Personal Training package. Our Core Essential package is a one-month commitment, our Next Level package is 2-month commitment, and Our Amax Platinum is a 3-month commitment. 

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email with instructions on accessing your personalized workouts and engaging with your trainer through the app.

Because every single client program is built from scratch, it can take a few days to have everything done and loaded. Our goal is to have all new client programs built, loaded, and reviewed within 1-3 days from enrollment.

Sometimes, if a client enrolls on a weekend there may be an additional delay as most coaches are not active on Sunday. We prefer to get all clients motivated and fully engaged in their program as soon as possible!

You will have immediate access to our On-Demand Fitness classes.

Yes! We use a sophisticated meal planning system that gives you control over food sources with full recipes. This includes caloric values, macro ratios, meal swapping, and full instructions for preparing your meals. We can even create vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian, and paleo options. We are also able to account for food sensitivities such as shellfish, gluten, tree nuts, dairy, peanuts, eggs, and soy. You can also add your own meals to be tracked with your personal macronutrient and caloric numbers.  Simply track your food intake and photograph your meals for your coach to assess all in the Amax Fit mobile app.

Your coach may alter your caloric or macro intake based on your biofeedback and progress. Also, Amax Fit clients have access to a large database of additional meal plans, recipes, and nutritional education articles for their use or to gain inspiration for food and recipe ideas.
